• Fixed interest rate 12 % for the whole period, monthly risk premium – at least 0.60%, calculated on the initial loan amount and payable on monhtly basis
• Loan term – up to 3 years 
• The loan repayment is done on monthly basis, wcich include the principal and the interest.
• Collateral – at least  1 cosigner, pledge of assets or mortgage depending on the loan amount.
• Additional restrictions are possible
